# Release note 1.48.0

We’re introducing a Moonone update that significantly expands the Tax Module, improves device stability monitoring, increases Pool Lock reliability, and includes access-permission fixes.

### 1. Tax Module Expansion <a href="#api-password-support-for-whatsminer-v3" id="api-password-support-for-whatsminer-v3"></a>

* **EMCD pool integration** — connect EMCD pool accounts via API, including backup tokens, and automatically import mining data into miner reports.
* **Consolidated client reports** — generate a single tax report for a selected group of clients.
* **Unpaid pool tracking** — include devices that worked on unpaid pools in miner reports, with accurate power consumption and uptime tracking.
* **Custom reporting periods** — the “Create report” button allows reports to be generated for any miner details over a custom date range.

### 2. “Hanged” status for high pool rejection rate

Devices with a 90%+ rejected share rate are now automatically marked as **Hanged**. This helps quickly identify equipment that is online but not producing useful work for the pool.

### 3. Improvements and Optimization

* **Pool Lock reliability** — the system automatically restores locked pools if their configuration is reset on a device.
* **Whatsminer AMS telemetry** — improved detection of device submodels and passports during dynamic frequency adjustment.
* **Cleaner device lifecycle** — outdated pool settings are no longer applied after a device is deleted and re-imported.

### 4. Fixes

* **Task Manager and access** — task creation from the context menu is now available for Administrators and Senior Technicians, task-list avatars have been restored, and bills are shown only for sites the user is permitted to access.
* **Client assignment** — manually entered client email addresses in the device card are now saved correctly and recorded in system logs.
* **Automation and interface** — unpaid pool toggle state persistence has been stabilized, firmware model list loading has been improved, and personal notification filtering has been corrected.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://help.watcherlink.online/release-notes/release-note-1.48.0.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
